2.1 Information Provided by Customers
When customers use GlamHaus, we may collect:

Customer addresses are collected because GlamHaus provides at-home and mobile beauty services. Customer addresses may be shared with the assigned service provider after a booking is confirmed so the service provider can attend the appointment. We may also use address information for service availability, safety, fraud prevention, customer support, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
2.2 Information Provided by Service Providers
Beauty professionals, freelancers, artists, and service providers who apply to or use GlamHaus may provide:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Date of birth, where required for verification
- Address or general service area
- Professional qualifications
- Licenses, certifications, training, and experience
- Proof of insurance, where applicable
- Portfolio photos, profile images, and service images
- Service descriptions and pricing
- Availability and booking preferences

- Work permit proof, where applicable
- Work permit expiry date, where applicable
- Government-issued identification or verification documents, where applicable
- Background check-related information
- Stripe Connect account details
- Payout-related information
- Banking or financial information processed through Stripe or another payment provider

- Communication with customers or GlamHaus
- Safety, complaint, or dispute information
GlamHaus may collect work permit proof, work permit expiry dates, government-issued identification, or similar verification documents when needed to verify identity, eligibility, safety, compliance, or platform trust.
2.3 Location Data and Home Base Location
We may collect location-related information from customers and service providers.
For customers, we collect appointment address information to allow service providers to travel to the correct service location.
For service providers, we may collect precise or approximate location information, including home base location, service area, address, postal code, or GPS coordinates, where enabled or provided. This may include precise coordinates connected to a service provider’s home base location.
We use this information to:
- Determine service availability
- Calculate travel distance and travel fees
- Match customers with nearby service providers
- Support booking functionality
- Improve platform operations
- Prevent fraud or misuse
- Support safety and dispute resolution
Because home base location and GPS coordinates may be sensitive, GlamHaus limits access to this information to what is necessary for platform operations, booking, travel fee calculation, safety, customer support, and legal compliance.
2.4 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect:
- IP address
- Device type
- Browser type
- Operating system
- App version
- Pages viewed
- Features used
- Clicks and interactions
- Booking history
- Session activity

For example, we may receive payment confirmation, payout status, Stripe account identifiers, background check completion status, account verification status, marketing engagement information, or fraud prevention signals.

If users communicate through the Platform, we may collect and store messages, attachments, booking notes, support messages, emails, text messages, or other communications.
We may use this information to:
- Facilitate bookings
- Provide customer support

GlamHaus does not sell personal information.
However, we may disclose personal information in the following circumstances.
4.1 Between Customers and Service Providers
To complete a booking, we may share necessary information between customers and service providers.
For example:
- A customer’s name, appointment address, booking details, service notes, and contact details may be shared with the assigned service provider.
- A service provider’s name, profile, photos, service offerings, prices, availability, reviews, and relevant booking details may be shared with customers.
We only share information that is reasonably necessary to facilitate bookings, provide services, support safety, resolve disputes, or operate the Platform.
4.2 With Payment and Payout Processors
We use third-party payment processors, including Stripe and Stripe Connect, to process customer payments and service provider payouts.
For customers, payment information is processed securely by third-party payment processors. GlamHaus does not store full credit card numbers.
For service providers, Stripe Connect or another payout processor may collect and process information required to verify the service provider’s account, process payouts, meet financial compliance requirements, and deposit funds. This may include banking information, identity verification details, tax information, payout history, and Stripe account identifiers.
GlamHaus may store certain payment-related identifiers, such as Stripe customer IDs, Stripe account IDs, transaction IDs, payout IDs, booking payment status, refund status, and fee records, where necessary to operate the Platform, reconcile transactions, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations.
Your use of payment and payout services may also be subject to the privacy policies and terms of those third-party providers.
4.3 With Service Providers and Vendors
We may share personal information with trusted third parties who help us operate GlamHaus, including:
- Payment processors
- Payout processors
- Stripe Connect
- Background check providers
- Identity verification providers
- Cloud hosting providers

5.1 How We Protect Your Information

- Customer support, complaint, dispute, safety, and incident records may be retained for as long as necessary to resolve the issue and protect legal rights.
- Marketing preferences may be retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to legal or operational requirements.
- Technical logs and analytics data may be retained for a shorter period unless needed for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, or legal purposes.
When personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete, anonymize, or de-identify it, unless we are required or permitted to retain it by law.
